took a lot of balls to do what he is doing. he never said what the terrorists did was right, just that they, like anyone else, deserve a fair trial.
The real weasel is Obama granting these terrorists rights and snuggling up to Islamic governments as much as he can. But that’s what you get for voting the son of a Muslim into office.
Do any of you honestly believe the lawyer actually wants too see these men acquitted? They are entitled to a fair trial by the Constitution and that is what he is trying to give them. These terrorists are scum but nonetheless were tortured by our own security forces. We have stooped down to their level in our methods and that is wrong, according to the 8th amendment. They deserve a fair trial. It’s what makes America, America and the rules are what makes us better. Attacking this man is idiotic.
@imbored48375 They are war criminals – they, the Muslim terrorists would say so themselves; warriors for Islam, jihad etc. As such they shouldn’t be recieving an American trial at all, and should be judged in a military court, and not be given rights that should be exclusive to Americans.
I completely agree with you. I thought they had already been found guilty in military court? Correct me, if I’m wrong. This whole civilian court business is all a show. However because we are already beginning this process I was just trying to say that they do deserve a fair trial, regardless of who they are. That is what makes America so great.
