Sex offender laws do not work, are passed on emotion and not facts, and are unconstitutional. Those passing these laws, took an oath of office to defend the constitution, and are not doing so, so they should be fired!
There is too much money to be made in registering people for inane silly crimes like streaking and having illegal pictures on a hard drive. The sex offender registry, much like, the oil and tobacco industry and nothing but cash cows. They often treat sex offenders worst than terrorists! It’s practically Fox New’s bread and butter. Every time a white girl turns up missing, they automatically assume a local sex offender is the perp. Sad times we live in.
the sex offender regestry will end, I got the dirt and it will burry this law!
