What car rental companies would let me rent a car with my fiance’s credit card and power of attorney documents?

My fiance is in the military and currently deployed. I have legal documentation showing me to be his Power of Attorney. I also have his credit cards and banking info and such. I need to rent a car and I’m wondering if anyone knows of any rental agencies that will accept his credit card along with the POA papers?
