My Lawyer Died This Year And In Place We Are Now Dealing With A Litigation Paralegal… Is That Bad?
My original lawyer was an executive in the practice and this new one seems to have no idea about my case as she is asking me questions that are apparently highlighting “misunderstandings” by my previous Lawyer… As though my last lawyer has took on something that she shouldn’t…??? I feel now I’m being mis represented and want to sue them. Should I or should I give the benefit of the doubt and ask for another “lawyer”
