I’ve contacted several lawyer offices, but haven’t gotten a reply back. How do I go about hiring a lawyer?

I have a litigation claim to make, however all attempts to contact or get in touch with a lawyer has failed. What is the correct process of hiring a lawyer? What do I need to do in order to get a lawyers attention? And why don’t they reply to my case? It’s as if they have a right to ignore me and not even reply.

You can’t hire an attorney over the phone. Your phone calls were considered a consultation. If they informed you your case has merit and you are serious about hiring an attorney, you’ll have to go in and discuss what you need done and how much it will cost you.
Well I suppose any lawyer has the right to choose not to act for somebody – if they thought the case was unwinnable, for instance. How have you been contacting them ? In my experience many won’t bother much with emails from people who aren’t their client (yet).
Find one that you like the sound of, phone them and make an appointment to go in and discuss your case. Many do a free first consultation, and there you’ll discuss your claim as well as fees the lawyer will charge for what they will be doing for you.
Well actually, they DO have the right to ignore you and not reply. They are not bound by law to do anything for you. They provide a service, if your case doesn’t sound like anything they want to deal with, then they don’t have to.
Call an attorney and make an appointment. Simply calling them to ask them to take your case is going to get you ignored.
