Do you even care about that?
How would you feel if it was your loved one that was killed?
How would you feel if you killed some innocent person?
People who drink and drive deserve anything they get, and people who end up killing someone while doing it deserve to be shot twice in the head.
Do the honorable thing.
Plead guilty, take what you genuinely deserve, and never do it again.
