Wow… I can’t believe he said that.. “shoot back at the police… but only if you have to…” THANKS PROFESSOR DUANE! I’ll be taking advantage of those key legal loopholes at my next traffic stop! lol. i’m kidding. i’m not violent… but seriously, ftp.
dialn911, same to you stupid faggot, you lie to people and just want money, you don’t care about people. To you it’s just a job, Suck my dick you fucking pig. I hope you burn in hell.
Everybody hates lawyers and talks them down….until they need one.
Yeah, and I’ve seen the pigs lie outta both sides of their mouth in traffic court! If you can sell your polyester clad soul out for traffic court you hardly have moral standing to talk about the ethics of the profession that guarantees our most basic right of habeas corpus and is the front line of defense against the government. We’re talking criminal defense attorneys, not ambulance chasers.
I DESPISE when people say, “If you have nothing to hide, then why not just talk?!” How stupid and foolish some people are!
Agreed. They fail to understand the burden of proof. In a free country, you do NOT have to justify yourself to the state. If the state wants to impinge on you, THEY have to justify it.
As Dr. Johnson so famously said: “I am not in the habit of talking behind a gentlemans back, but I believe the gentleman is a lawyer.” Law Professors train the greed driven to pursue a life of shame.
Defense attorneys are scum bags. Make money through lies, smoke and mirrors, and nice spin.
Yeah, and when you need one, you’ll be singing a different tune. I felt EXACTLY like you, but after having watched this, I realized how stupid I was. Say somebody is in fact wrongly accused, should they be helpless or have an adequate attorney that can plead their case in a court of law? You really are foolish to assume that defense attorneys are scum.
I don’t assume anything. Not all are, but many are scum that only care about winning. As a police officer, I have had to listen to many of these clowns lye through their teeth.
