Does Anyone Know The Difference Between An Advisory, Procurement And Litigation Lawyer?
A litigation lawyer is one who conducts litigation i.e proceedings in court. Not all lawyers do.No idea what an “Advisory” lawyer is unless you mean one that just advises and does not get involved in litigation. In UK a lawyer who does not undertake litgation would say they do “non-contentious ” work such as property transactions, company law , wills and trusts.
“Procurement” lawyers ? Lawyers don’t typically typically do “procurement” work unless you mean working on large commercial contracts
