Lie detectors/polygraph test is no longer considered admissible, at least in many criminal courts. And a lot of commercial drug tests give false positives – the rate varies.
Background checks are one of the best safeguards.
I wouldn’t consider a DWI an automatic disqualifier for employment, unless it was recent.
I don’t doubt any of this for a moment. Just do a Google search on “2001-HL-0066″ for corruption in prisons,? and Google the phrase “Hick Farmer Sigmund Freud Wannabes” for an encyclopedia of article related to CPS and child drugging corruption. CPS routinely coaches children to make false allegations, and then they call the kids LIARS if they try to recant what they were intimidated into saying or acknowleging.

There are the people who aren’t aware they commit crimes, the people who are aware and never get caught, and the people who get caught…. but according to the studies, it would appear that our legal system is setup in a way that nearly everyone is technically a criminal. U know whats REALLY scary??? Kids r FAR more likely to be sexually &/or severally physically abused in foster care… Most CPS workers r also foster parents… what does that say?! Also, studies show that serious child-abusers look for jobs (foster parent, teacher, daycare, social worker, etc) that place them in power over kids… What does that say about CPS?! U tell me who r the REAL child abusers?

Mine was a foster home for years. If the CPS was investigated as well as the potential homes are, there shouldn’t be any lawbreakers sneaking through. There are “bad” foster homes, but there are lots of good ones as well. We never quit because of any of the children, but because of the stupid decisions of social workers. When children suffer because of a SW’s dumb decision, that SW should instantly be fired. Most SW’s have no children, and lots are single. So, they work from a book.

We worry about fellow humans sent to jail and then released in worse condition than they went in. Our worry must begin at the “begining”. What as a society are we doing that creates people who would commit such horrible crimes ? The family sets the prescedent of values and love. Without these creating potential perpetraors is emminent. The family MUST reconnect and take the time to raise careing accountable children. In turn these children become the same as adults. Question the beginings .
Can someone explain to me why CPS is called into a family to begin with ? From my observations plenty of parents are not doing their jobs with their children. Children are left to fend for themselves or worse abused by their own parents or relatives. How does CPS end up being involved to begin with ? I am sure there is some pure corruption in this agency but again, how do they get involved to begin with other than some lies told by other’s to make trouble ?
